Terms and conditions

Chairs are for use on flat surfaces only. Sand is ok but no grass or cobblestones.

  • A 50% deposit is required to book your reservation. Orders under $1200 may cancel up to 7 days before delivery for a full refund. Orders over $1200 may cancel up to 30 days before delivery for a full refund.

  • Rental period is 48 hours. Each additional day is charged at ½ rate

  • You can increase or reduce your order up to 48 hours prior to delivery. Increases are subject to availability and reductions are limited to 20% of total order.

    • One-hour delivery window: $100

    • Rush delivery (within 48 hours): $150 or 10% of items total

    • Off-hours delivery (before 9AM or after 9PM): $150 or 10% of items total

    • Out-of-town surcharges vary and will be included on your invoice.

    • We include complimentary set up of furniture. Just tell us how you want it or supply a floor plan.

    • Please have tables cleared of food and decorations prior to breakdown.

    • When not in use, lean folded tables and chairs against a wall. Chairs can also be stacked. Tables should not be stacked without packing material between them.

  • This is NYC and our furniture was made to be portable so we’re not afraid of a couple flights of stairs or a tight elevator, and these usually don’t affect the delivery fee on smaller orders. However, we ask that you give us accurate information so we can bring appropriate staff and equipment to ensure a smooth delivery. Accordingly, we may need to adjust the delivery fee on large and difficult deliveries.

  • Please don’t damage the chairs! They’re really old and hard to find and we’ll have to charge you $200 each to replace them. Also, be nice to the tables :)  Any damage charges will be deducted from the security deposit. If additional damage or replacement fees are necessary, they will be charged to the card on file.
