Can I cancel my order? Orders under $1200 can be canceled up to 7 days before delivery for a full refund. Orders over $1200 can be cancelled up to 30 days before delivery for a full refund.

Can I change my order? Yes, you can increase or reduce your order up to 48 hours prior to delivery. Increases are subject to availability and reductions are limited to 20% of total order.

How much is delivery? Deliveries are 25% of the items total. Additional surcharges may apply based on location, delivery times and other factors.

Can I pick up and return my rental items? We are now offering self-serve chair rentals from our Bedstuy location on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your needs.

What are the rates for multi-day rentals? The standard rental period is 48 hours. Additional days are priced at 1/2 rate.

Can your furniture fit in my elevator? Yes, easily. And, up three flights of stairs to the roof? Sure.

Can we leave it out in the rain? No. All the furniture surfaces are sealed to prevent water damage so a little sprinkle won’t be a problem. But, considerations must be made to cover or store the furniture in case of heavy rain. Furniture that is wet will incur a drying fee, withheld from the security deposit.

Can we use the tables and chairs on bumpy, uneven surfaces? The tables are more forgiving and you can easily put a shim under a leg to level them out. However, the chairs cannot be used on uneven surfaces like cobblestone or unmanicured lawn.
